This is the original advertisement booklet for the Street Fighter Arcade Cabinet in Japan when released in 1987. In Street Fighter, you take control of Ryu to travel around the world for a martial arts tournament. The Japanese translates to: “Powerful & exciting/ Experience it!/ Street fight”. It shows arcade goes crowing around the original arcade cabinet. The “watermark” saying ‘Shadaloo C.R.I’ is of the fictional company Shadaloo Combat Research Institute in the Street Fighter universe. The Street Fighter logo was designed to look like graffiti, with the red top and yellow bottom in a gradient representing strength, temperament, and energy. There is a shadow falling to the right to give the logo volume. The other pages details the characters, story, and controls.
