Awazu Kiyoshi also designed open recruitment poster. It seems to be similar to Exhibition poster, but he want to express other feelings in this poster. He mainly used two colors red and blue that seemed to be monotone work. Half of poster is filled by red and blue, but it could not disturb the poster by his technique. This poster includes the design that already used his previous poster. The doll standing in the middle would symbolize his work.
