Hot Wok Matthews Menu

Hot Wok is a Chinese restaurant in Weddington NC. They serve Chinese-American food but also some traditional Chinese dishes. They have been open since the mid 2000s.

Their menu design reflects the utilitarian ideas of packing as much information into as little space and having easy to read numbers beside dishes as to make the ordering process quicker. They use a single light green color throughout their menu that envokes natural and healthy ideas and even have a section for diet focused meals. The graphics they use are to give the sense of Eastern design and calligraphy alongside heritage. The continued use of flowers throughout also calls back to nature and a health concious focus as Chinese food isn't known for being all that healthy.
