Fallout 4 propaganda Piece

5

This poster has the message of a message against a common enemy of the U.S. The image calls for unity in times of strife, and is oddly fitting when using a more cartoonish style, similar to rubberhose animations that were used a propaganda pieces during times of war.

A clear usage of imagery with just a few words, there’s a harsh contrast with the colors against the yellow background that fits, it’s not too overwhelming, and is simple for a game that uses a lot of posters with much more detail. This site is reminiscent of the cartoonish style of Rubber Hose, which was mostly something very popular during the 50’s and 40’s, which is why the arm is not anatomically correct and has stylized proportions. The sleeve resembles the U.S flag, meaning the context behind this is in support of the U.S as well as a context of war, considering the mushroom clouds shown in there.
