This piece is a souvenir drivers license from Disneyland theme park. In the early 2000s the ride was refurbished and sponsored by Chevron. This meant that the Disney company needed to create a new souvenir license for the ride. There are 3 random variations to this license, and with that has different styles of Autopia cars on the back of each card. This specific one has the model “Suzy”. In the parks you were able to get your picture taken to put on the front of the card for a fee.
