This cover is the art for Kenji Sawada's (沢田研二) 1980 single “TOKIO”.
In the cover art is a woman dressed up in cowboy attire floating through what seems like a surreal version of space as she flies over the Earth with a lasso that goes over the city.
Different parts of the image have lines pointing to them with the titles of the album that the songs in this single are on.
The album cover (second image) of TOKIO features a similar composition but with the subject being a scuba diver instead of a cowgirl.
