Echigo Beer Millenium Beer by Tadanori Yokoo

This is a beer label designed by Tadanori Yokoo. It was themed “Millennium Beer” to commemorate the year 2000. The red sun is decorated with a traditional Japanese Bokashi, and a Japanese-style boat is also depicted on it, with “2000” printed in large letters on the sail to emphasize the theme. In the center of the label is an Edo period figure holding a flag with the word “BEER” written on it. The background is vertically striped red and black, evoking a theater curtain. The design includes many traditional Japanese cultural and symbolic elements.
