This is a postcard by Japanese illustrator, poet, and animation director Fukiya Koji. The parasol that the woman is holding was very popular as an easy way to dress up in Western style. Since Fukiya studied in Paris in 1925, the water lilies in the background may have been influenced by impressionists such as Claude Monet.

This work is in the book "大正・昭和の乙女デザイン (2009)".
