Biographic information about this designer:Born in Osaka in 1929. Dropped out of the sculpture department of Tokyo University of the Arts in 1951. Participated in the founding of the Japan Design Center in 1960. Since 1960, he has received many awards.
His works are included in the permanent collections of many art museums, including the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo and the National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto.
