Aesop's Fables originating from Greek Stories in 6th century BCE existed in oral tradition is a collection of morality tales. This book is a Japanese printing of the stories which was edited by Kusuyama Masao. This version was reviewed by Tsunouchi Shoyo, who was a Japanese author, critic, translator, editor, etc.
Takei Takeo was a Japanese printer and puppet maker, and also known for his illustrations for children. Takeo was one of Japan's influential illustrators for children's books of the 20th century.
