Centenary of the Establishment of Toyama Prefecture

Ikko Tanaka was a famous Japanese graphic designer. His style often used simple colors, bold shapes, and clean layouts. He worked on posters, books, and logos for many cultural events.

This poster was made for the 100th anniversary of Toyama Prefecture. The big shape in the middle is the kanji for "Toyama" (富山). Inside the character are many colorful pieces and hand-drawn lines. These shapes look like flowers and give a happy, bright feeling. The poster shows the beauty and culture of the area.
