Aim and Ignite (2009) is the first studio album by the American pop band Fun with illustration work by artist Jacob Weinstein. It is named after lyrics from the sixth track of the album Light a Roman Candle With Me.

The album's cover consists of three mildly saturated geometric sections green; red and yellow. Across the upper left corner (green) the band's name is written in a tightly kerned red serif font. it lies the album name contained within the red area. The majority of the background is filled with the third section in yellow. Across the top of the background a black haired soldier stands in a tulip field, his gun outstretched both in pose and compositionally across the canvas. As he aims downsights a peacock is perched on the muzzle looking back at him.

Jacob Weinstein is an illustrator, author and art director based out of NYC. his style consists of strong shapes, even line widths and desaturated color palettes.  Weinstein's skill as an art director has been utilized for shoe companies such as Adidas and Nike while his illustrative talent has graced the pages of The New York Times, GQ and The New Yorker.

Fun (active 2008-2015) was an American pop band. although short lived, the band achieved great success with the release of their second and last studio album Some Nights (2012) eventually going on to win two Grammy's in 2013; Song of the year (We Are Young), and Best New Artist. Their lineup before an indefinite hiatus in 2015 was musicians Nate Ruess, Andrew Dost , and Jack Antonoff.  (Who'd go on to fame as the front man of the band Bleachers, and as a producer/co writer for Taylor Swift,  Florence and the Machine, and Kendrick Lamar among others.)
