This is an advertisement poster from 1963 by Swiss poster designer Herbert Leupin (1916-1999) for Swiss mineral water company Eptinger

In front of an entirely blue background a bottle of mineral water can be seen. Near the bottom  the bottle's label and brand's name Eptinger written in a blackletter font can be seen. Next to it serif typography bleeds onto the background humorously containing the text “… esprit clair!” (" …clear mind!") juxtaposed against the toy clown's head that adorns the bottleneck's top.

Herbert Leupin (1916-1999) was a Swiss poster artist and graphic designer. He began creating posters in the late 1930s after graduating from the Basel School of Applied Arts. In 1941, Leupin would have an opportunity to make a poster for Swiss mineral water brand Eptinger leading to a over 30 year collaboration, until his final ad for the company in 1976. alongside this Leupin is also known for his 12 year stint (1952-1964) doing posters for the cigarette Salem No. 6 from the German company Reemtsma AG and his work for pen brands Paper-Mate and Pelikan. During his life Leupin had solo exhibitions in Germany, Switzerland, The United States, and contributed to traveling group shows introducing his vast body of work to many more. In 1990 at the age of 73 Leupin was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Art Directors Club of Switzerland.
