This is an promotional pamphlet commissioned by the Japanese Tourist Bureau in 1913 to promote tourism to Seoul Korea that was under Japanese occupation at the time. Made by Hisui Sugiura one of the most prominent graphic designers of his time who worked on projects for mitsukoshi department stores and JR railways promotional posters.
