Creative Loafing, coined an alternative news source that aims to report on topics like food, music, arts, real estate, health and wellness, and gossip of the Charlotte area. Creative Loafing is a brand, and originally started in Atlanta. The son of the original founder, established a Charlotte branch in 1987, which has continued reports to this day.
